Room reservations cancelled sufficiently in advance may be eligible for a refund per the applicable cancellation terms. Wedding and banquet booking amounts are non-refundable. Third-party vendor advances paid by us are non-refundable.
20% of the total amount is required to confirm any booking — rooms, wedding, or banquet. The remainder is due at check-in or at the start of the event.
Pets are not encouraged in the hotel rooms and banquet halls. Service animals are welcome. Please call us on WhatsApp before travelling with a pet.
Yes. Standard AC, Standard Non-AC, Suite AC and Suite Non-AC — all four are available.
Check-in is from 12:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-outs can be arranged subject to availability and an additional fee.
Yes. Catering, decor, stage, AV, lighting and on-site guest accommodation are all handled in-house. Outside catering is not permitted.
Indoor air-conditioned hall for up to 500. Outdoor event lawn for up to 1,000. Both halls can be combined for multi-day weddings.
Yes. Free on-site parking is available for cars, SUVs and buses. The drive is well-lit and monitored.
Yes. The in-house restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner to both resident guests and outside visitors.
Birsa Munda Airport, Ranchi — about 125 km from the property, roughly three hours by road. We can arrange a pickup on request.
Yes. Full power backup with generator across the property, including the halls and rooms.
